Two Top Bunk Beds

Number of beds when most people think of bunk beds they picture two beds stacked on top of each other. For this reason standard lofts. The term bunk bed generally refers to two beds stacked on top of each other to take advantage of vertical space in a room shared by two or more people. The other bunk is stacked over a third bed.

Bunk beds are usually two twins stacked together they aren t always the same size. Though bunk beds typically stack the two mattress frames in parallel some designs stack the two bed frames in perpendicular. This perpendicular arrangement may provide additional privacy or a less cramped feeling for those. For instance some bunk beds just have one bed lofted over a desk or open area and some models have a third pull out trundle bed underneath.

Triple loft bunk beds feature two top bunks that connect at a 90 degree angle. The table and benches work terrific for doing homework having a snack or playing cards. However there are different styles that have more or fewer beds as well. The padded seats convert to another twin sleeping area that works for guests or a roommate.

The classic bunk bed style twin over twin bunks stack two twin size mattress frames on top of each other. It is available in either pure white or a dark rich finish.
